This house does not deserve to be on the top. Realistically they have a lot of guys but it seems like they are all super weird and anyone with a pulse can get in. Their parties are god awful and their guys are creepy. Would never feel comfortable here. Seems like a frat built out of weird guys from high school. The things they think are cool are laughable. Don’t join kappa sigma, you’ll regret it. They are the laughingstock of Greek life.

I really liked going to Lambda last year. This year it feels like parties aren’t as fun but there’s still some really good looking men. Nice guys unless you’re hammered. My friends like lambda.

These guys definitely don’t deserve to be on top of these rankings. They are weird and I honestly don’t think a single one of my friends has been there. Top houses are Lambda, Pike, and Sigma Chi. Weird houses are Kappa Sigma, Dtd, and Nu is just disgusting.

Sigma Chi has disappointed me. They’re hyped up for their parties but they are really subpar. They only open 2 rooms up in their house so it looks full but usually it’s the same small group of people there. It’s also not really an inviting place. Even pike fills their house.

Seeing how much pike has improved in the past year is really cool. I didn’t think pike would be a house I would enjoy going to or would be fun but they are really nice. The guys they are bringing in are hotter, nicer, and fun. I really like pike

I heard that English member has a two super cool roommates, the ladies really love them. Except I did hear that the guy from London has a girl friend

Had such a great night here last night Kappa sigma is the way too go🤩 they hands down throw the best parties on this campus. I wish it was closer to main campus, but it’s still an absolute blast.

Compared to pike everywhere else this chapter is towards the bottom of the list. Not what you expect from Pike, greasy guys that are desperate, dirty house that smells like cigs, and rude guys. Pike and UND isn’t worth your time.

Hopefully they can leverage the new house to gain recruitment numbers. The change in organization present this year has improved their campus image

They many sisters I have met have been very stand off-ish, rude, and self centered. They think they are so much better than everyone, but news flash they aren’t.
