diversity in frats

by: JJ

I am Thinking of going through rush but not sure about the diversity in fraternities. From what Ive heard a lot of frats are the stereo typical fraternities. Any suggestions on which frat is more diverse?

Phi Kappa Theta isn't what anyone would consider a "top tier" fraternity, but if diversity is what you're looking for I'd check them out

I'm glad someone asked this. Do any of them have men of color?

I think if they like you and you fit in they will give you a bid no matter what race you are!

Just go through rush and try out each fraternity, and choose who you feel most comfortable with. It'll work itself out, just give it a chance and if you don't like it there are Professional and Multicultural fraternities on campus as well.

I personally have African American friends in Phi Delt, Phi Psi, and Beta. There are poc in some of the top houses at OU, same goes for sororities.

Yes some of the top fraternity do. Sig Pi and Beta both do.

But you should go through rush and see what fraternity feels right to you.
