Seconded that DPhiE dirty rushed. I saw girls who got bids to Pi Phi crying because they didn't want Pi Phi.

Lol anyone remember the welcome week pike party where they handed out lollipops to pnms they wanted so that actives would know to go talk to them? I do.

DPhiE Rho Gammas ranked themselves as first every time when submitting the PNM's ranked lists. Formal complaints have been submitted every year, but DPhiE also controls Panhellenic, so nothing can be done about their cheating.
