Would I get a house if I rush as a sophomore?

Maybe, maybe not. Look at it this way: you rush, you meet some people, you get a bid, you join a sorority. Or you rush, meet some people, don't get a bid, and don't joint a sorority.

The negative outcome is being no worse off than you already are, and the positive outcome is joining a great sisterhood. Sure, you might get passed over, but you might also meat some neat people along the way. Give it a shot. You've got nothing to lose.

If you are a good fit, then you will probably get bid. ZTA tends to like freshman, but the rest are pretty open to other ages.

Yes! I know juniors who rushed and got in, you are fine. All of the sororities this past fall accepted girls older than freshmen.
