I understand that they have struggled with diversity in the past, but when I asked about it, the actives I spoke to were super transparent about the work they’ve been doing as a chapter to diversify and educate on another. They were very genuine and cared about making sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. I asked some tough questions to other orgs that went unanswered, so I really appreciated this.
