Why couldn't this just be a normal recruitment where we pref two houses and get a bid to one? this is so effing stressful, i hate it

Computers weren't around when sororities were founded and they still managed to do bid matching. It just takes someone to care enough to do it and care about not leaving anyone behind. It is inexcusable to not do bid matching and give every person a bid. It's called quota and it is required by NPC.
