Is how much each org raises representative of how rich they are?

i don't disagree with what you're saying but kappa literally has one girl who makes up a quarter of their fundraising... without her they wouldn't even be on the leaderboard lol, meanwhile aephi has more than double what kappa has

It’s not just about wealth, it’s about how public they are. Most people are scared of doing public things around greek life, even stuff like philanthropy, because of how aggressive NYU has been on targeting students. Aepi is basically in a golden cage and untouchable by NYU, they’re the only org who have been able to keep running. Kappa is similar because of how present they are on IFC and such orgs.

wealth = highest fundraisers, lack of involvement = lowest fundraisers, imo. aephi having almost double any other team proves how rich they are but i don't think zeta and dg aren't wealthy, they're just not involved.

Wealth = more family members who can donate more but it also has to do with chapter effort and how much team captains push the chapter. Aephi may be wealthy, but it still takes a lot of work to raise over $100K

I feel like it can go both ways. Effort and energy are undefeated in the sense that it’s really about who advocates for the cause the most; who are the ones advocating day in and day out with the most passion and drive. A lot more goes into it than just being rich
