choosing pnms to drop

how do sororities decide which PNM's to drop in terms of the actual process especially among the girls they like but don't make the cut. What is the process and determining factors?

I feel like they’re usually based on your conversation! If you vibe, you vibe and the sister will know. On the first weekend though most give you the benefit of the doubt if maybe you were shy:)

each org has a different process, but typically after recruitment the chapter will have a meeting and they'll go over each pnm, the girls who talked to the pnm will say something about the girl, everyone will vote. pnms will be sorted based on their average from the chapter-wide vote, and a certain number of the pnms with the best scores will get invited back. that number is based on how highly the pnms rank the org (the more the pnms like the org, the fewer get invited back).
