Most PNMs here are probably trying to see which organization is known for being “hot” and “popular”. AEPhi DPhiE and to a lesser extent Zeta are the ones that have that reputation. But it doesn’t matter, you’ll be way happier in college if you go in and be yourself and let go of the idea of high school style popularity. It doesn’t matter at NYU after freshman/sophomore year most people are going out in the city doing their own thing with the people they’ve found and clicked with.
Basically just go in to meet the girls you like and don’t worry about what anyone says on this website. It’s NYU we’re all successful and attractive no need to be cliquey in Greek life. :)
