Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at New York University - NYU 5.0 basically about two years ago I rated sigep horribly. Since then I have been to a few of their parties and I have to say I am gladly suprised. hope they can bring in just as hot of a rush class as this year ;)
