My sister went to college here and graduated last year and was friends with a lot of DZs. The old ones were great and they were trying hard to rebuild their chapter but now that i'm going through recruitment it just seems like they try harder to boost their chapter than actually get to know the girls. They are striving to be more cookie cutter because they feel that thats whats best and I think id rather be in a sorority for their values rather than how pretty their girls are.

Just not for me. I was hoping to like this chapter because I know a couple of alumni but I just couldn't make a connection. I do not remember any of their names because every time they talked it was about DZ. I am looking for something more personal and not thrown in my face. Chill out, ladies.

I was trying to keep an open mind with all of these sororities until yesterday a group of DZ basically cornered my friend and I. You can obviously tell they were more interested in her than me because shes pretty. The funny thing is that Bri waited until they had finish selling thereselves to tell them that she doesnt even go here! She was just with me (:

Not impressed. Rude and snobby girls. They didn't seem interested in getting to know me but rather just getting me to join. They even mentioned how i'd help them reach their numbers?

Yesterday at the block party my roommate and I met a lot of girls with the Go Greek shirts on. I didn't neccessarily dislike these girls I just noticed that when they would ask us questions they tried to sale their sorority while it seems like all the other girls just wanted us to sign up and consider going greek. I had already signed up for recruitment but these girls just made it to the bottom of my list.

Blah. They have a "better than everyone else" attitude. Not very nice and a tad bit snappy. They put on Great Pretenders which is amazing and makes a lot of money for their philant.

Ignore those bad comments! Those are obviously from jealous girls who are upset about their sorority not being ranked very high. I can honestly say every girl in this sorority is genuine and really sweet. You will find that out for yourselves during recruitment though. Love the DZs!

Very mixed crowd in this sorority. Hard to get to know any of them because they seem to keep to themselves.

I actually felt like I was talking to some REAL girls when I've been at the freshman events. Can't wait for recruitment so I can really get to know some more of these girls. I felt like the conversation wasn't forced, it just really flowed. They seem like a diverse group of girls who let girls in based on what kind of person they are rather than how pretty they are. Exactly what I'm looking for in a sorority.
