My freshmen year they were like mid-tier but these guys came out of nowhere. Probably top house depending on how this rush goes, if not then in the top 3. Delta Chis are known for Alpha Chi Omega fans which isn’t a problem just know half their chapter is dating them. Parties are pretty good, could be better but am very excited to see how this year goes for them!

The pike chapter here has really been on the come up in the past two year. They came back after a rough patch with a few really strong member classes who have really turned things around. From my experience, they have always been some of the nicest guys, very welcoming, and have a really strong brotherhood.
