I think ASA has really improved their image and reputation over the years. I see a few negative comments here, but I honestly feel as though they are moving up.

This chapter has all the best qualities: intelligent, funny, very social, and are very attractive in the outside and inside. They are very well rounded girls and have great balance between being studious and being social. They have the best sisterhood because every sister cares for one another and get along very well. They always recruit the best girls.

Probably the best sorority on campus over all. They're super nice and just pleasant to be around. They're passionate about their philanthropies and take grades really seriously.

I felt like they judged me before they even talked to me at recruitment and made me feel like I wasn't good enough. They had already decided they weren't going to pick me so they came off rude and didn't bother to even get to know me.

This was the other sorority on campus that I liked. Very sweet, pretty, and a very relatable philanthropy. This group was great at recruitment but I just never managed to click with any of the girls that I talked to. I liked that they were really involved in the community but it just wasn't enough for me to think joining them would be worth it.

When I went through recruitment and met these girls I was kind of surprised. My friend was an ASA at another school and they were great! But this chapter was easily the lowest of all on Mankato's campus. They honestly seemed like the group of girls that stuck together because no else wanted them. Needless to say, it wasn't hard to decide to move forward with the other sororities that were better put together and representing themselves.

When I went through recruitment I really liked these girls at first. They were pretty and seemed nice. However, it became really obvious to me how "into themselves" they really are. They were so materialistic and only cared about appearance. I was actually so disappointed because I really thought that they were the sorority I wanted to join and after learning more about them and meeting the girls I did, there was no way I could imagine joining a group of girls like that.
