Listen up ladies: recruitment is basically a job interview, plain and simple. Your online form and GPA are like a resume and each round is like an interview. Each sorority is looking for something a little different, but that doesn't make any one better or worse. Appearance matters; you don't need to be the hottest or have designer clothes, but you should present yourself well. Being good on paper is only half the battle - social skills and personal presentation are equally important. We want to impress you as much as you want to impress us. And above all, be grateful and respectful at every sorority. You may not get your top choice, but just like a job offer its better to get one than to burn bridges - and you may end up really liking it if you give it a chance.
