I see on all these lists chi psi at the 2nd to last tier but ive heard from everyone they are super nice. Whats with the discrepancy?

They are super nice. But they don't hangout with any of the top sororities, they're kinda awkward, and they don't party really at all. They're just very academic and nice guys.
