in my opinion it's just Phi Tau and Sig Pi on the top line. Theta Chi SAE KA are all pretty equal and then i have no idea where to put phi psi. From the looks of it, they're "off" for 4 years but it might just be something similar to SAE where they can still have pledge classes. I don't think it's anything like Beta or Sig Chi where they totally got the boot. Other than that, put TKE in front of Delt and it's all good

First of all kappa sig is lucky to be where they are, and dke and pi kapp are right where they should be with dchi
