by: QuestionIs DG really as bad as everyone says now? When I was a freshman 2 year ago it was one of "the" sororities to be in, along with Theta and AXO. Obviously AXO has done very poorly recently, but has DG really done that badly? It still seems like a lot of girls wanted to be DG's this year and they got a pretty attractive pledge class. Are they really that bad now or is it just Greek rank being Greek rank? And why? And why do people think Pi Phi has replaced them? I really don't think they've done as poorly as everyone says.

Don't think it's just Greek rank considering the post putting them 4th has 53 upvotes. Things change every year and it's the general consensus on campus that they have been doing poorly. Every single girl I know that wanted to be a DG before rush ended up going PiPhi and APhi and Theta. The only thing they have holding them up is reputation from years ago. Not trying to be rude at all but they've just overall done so poorly compared to the other top 3 sororities. They just weren't a lot of girls' top choice, and they only got maybe 15 solid girls in this year's pledge class.
