Which is rare cause I never agree with anything on here. Except maybe take out phi tau since they're not even on campus anymore and put theta chi. And switch out Fiji for KA or SigEp, maybe even phi delt

This was asking who's number one. I can agree nobody will ever agree on one top house, but phi delt and fiji are nowhere near good enough to be in this discussion. don't even get me started on sigep.

Left off Delta Zeta, def top tier and they are an alpha chapter.
Since when is Theta and Alpha Pi top tier?

Being an Alpha chapter has nothing to do with a chapter being successful, all sororities and fraternities were founded decades ago. There are plenty of bad alpha chapters. For example; Beta which has been kicked off at Miami multiple times, Sigma Chi, and several more across the nation. So saying DZ is on top merely due to it's Alpha status is laughable
