I agree as well, DZ has really dropped the ball with their last few pledge classes and if AXO doesn't watch out the same will happen to them.

Accurate but I think you should split the top into two for the sake of accuracy:
Top of the Top: Theta, DG, Pi Phi
Lower Top: AXO, Alpha Phi

They are all top though

Yes - I'm a douchebag guy and I can tell you that DZ hasn't dropped. maybe by some girlie standards they have, but by guys standard - no. They are as gorgeous and classy as ever.

This just doesnt make sense. you listed more houses in the "top" and "upper middle" then the entire bottom half combined. AEPhi and Fuzzie don't count. And if alpha gam doesnt meet quota they will be out the door along with AEPhi
