I have compiled data from literally all of the comments in the past three months on all of the other rankings, what people agreed and disagreed with, and this should literally be the perfect rank.

this is the rank to go by, just look at the likes to dislikes and how everyone is trying to bury this in a last minute attempt to climb. Like people have said before in the comments, just switch one or two frats and sororitys and you got a good guide.
