Move sig pi up, phi tau in front of theta chi, and Fiji down

Phi Psi got their worst pledge class in years while Phi Tau, theta chi, and sig pi did really well. Rankings should probably take note of that

move down AXO. Pi Phi is eh, I'd say middle but I guess upper cause they rage. Aphi move up.
