You know how North Korea released a study ranking happiness by country and found North Korea to have the happiest citizens in the world? That's what asking fraternities and sororities to rank each other into tiers is like. Each one will feel they are the best, as shown by the countless DU posts, but we all know that we can't trust everything we read on the internet (see countless DU posts). If you want to find out who is "top tier" go meet some of the guys and make up your mind yourself.
