To clear up confusion here are reliable rankings based on tier in no specific order. Obviously the top tiers have better guys, parties, girls, and are harder to get into.
Tier 1: Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Fiji
Tier 2A: KA, Sig Pi, Theta Chi
Tier 2B: Sig Ep, Beta, Sig Nu
Tier 3: Delt, DU, Pike, ADPi
Tier 4: Everyone else
