Pi Kapps at Miami are a lot of fun in general. A ton of my friends are in this frat, and they are all really genuine guys. Not fratstars like some other frats on campus. Plus what they do for Build America is amazing.

This fraternity has changed a lot since I started as a freshman 3 years ago. They've always been strong with brotherhood and campus involvement, and now it seems like they've broken the barrier to be on par socially as well. I Live down the street from one of their annexes and see them throw 100-200 person parties nearly every week. My female friends speak highly of them, so I'd consider them a pretty decent fraternity. I wouldn't be surprised if they were top tier in 2-3 years.
