Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.7 I know some guys who did fall rush here and from what I can see these guys are doing great for a new group. Fun parties, nice house, and they are not trying too hard to gain attention. They have history here which will help them stick around unlike other new frats. This rush will be the first real test for them and if they get a good class I could see them climbing pretty quickly.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.4 Hung out with them a lot this past year. They were all very nice to me and invited me to a lot of gatherings, parties, formals etc. Upperclassman leadership was very strong. Gonna miss them. Overall, really nice classy guys and fun to be around!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.0 These guys are very diverse group, which is great and also not so much. Racial diversity out the ass (for a fraternity) which is awesome to see at a school like Miami especially within greek life. There are a few strange kids and some really cool ones, a true mixed bag with these guys. Parties are decent but social involvement could be higher. Getting the house back should help them get back on par.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 4.4 Checks all the boxes in terms of what the university wants a fraternity to be. High philanthropic involvement, active brotherhood.They are a little lacking socially but they are a new group so that is expected. They did have a few parties in the fall that were fun and once they get the house back and bigger classes I can see them being pretty solid.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 3.9 Just came back so still relatively new. They've made more progress than you would think and if they can get a few solid classes over next couple years they should be alright. Not to mention they finally get their house back

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 2.5 Phi Delts are good guys all around. They had some issues and got kicked off campus but they are back and are making a decent showing. They are an alpha chapter which does mean something, they also have a long history at Miami University which also says alot -they are not one of these fly by night groups that came to campus in the last 50 years and now act like they are the end all. They aren't sniping at other frats like so many of the insecure newer founded groups that are desperate for attention.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Miami University of Ohio - MU 2.2 Halloween party was incredibly boring. Insane amount of people but the music was quiet and everything felt dead. The dudes were weird but nice. We’re letting anyone with a heartbeat inside.
