TAU- Benefited from the vacuum left by Beta getting evicted from their house and is probably in the best short term position; Small brotherhood at the moment, so they will probably take a bunch of guys. Should be able to rebound from bad PC last year. A lot less obstacles to overcome than DKE and Beta. Hard, some say excessive, pledging.

DKE- Diverse, solid group of guys and fun parties; off-campus isn't great and administration seems to be cracking down. Good SPW showing every year. No idea about pledging.

BETA- Great guys; less than ideal setup for partying this year w/ no use of house, pressure from nationals, and bad off campus. Should be right back where they were after this year though once sanctions are lifted. As another post said, will be in a tough position during pledging.

TACH- Should maintain status quo. Half kids who don't get bids to beta and tau, and half try-hards. Always big on freshman girls. Seemed to party with beta a lot this past year. Parties are well-done. Standard pledging

SIGMA/DU- I think sigma is on the up with great real estate and a decent core- new class will tell though. Great outdoor stuff at the swamp, phenomenal SPW last two years. No clue about pledging. DU will continue to have big parties and megas. Nice house. Great guys via football; not football guys are always super weird. Easy pledging.

---NOTICEABLE GAP---

PHI DELT- Mediocre parties and a catch-all for guys that don't get bids elsewhere.

BDS- Literally who cares
