can someone please explain to me what nessecarily makes one sorority more “top” or “better” than another because I do not understand.

I mean the teirs thing is honestly kind of dumb. But to I guess answer the question it's looks, Involvement, how social they sorority is, their social media, how much they go out, and what frats they pair up with.
