They hang out with the best few sororities and have had the highest gpa for a long time running. Always win everything on campus too. Some guys are rough around the edges but you could say that about anyone. When you’re the best frat for a long time people get jealous

Don't be deceived, these kids might seem cool from the outside but when it comes down to it they are creepy and weird. A good word for SigEP would be "hardos". They try way to hard to be cool, but if anyone actually knows them you would know it's almost the exact opposite. I can almost guarantee they all self-rank because if this was the public opinion they would be bottom middle tier.

A solid mix of studs and kids that actually came to college to do something with their lives (very rare for CCU). If you like to party and have a good time while not being an absolute douchebag this is for you.

Seem to have gotten a lot of guys in a very short amount of time. They still have a few weird kids while also having a bunch of good guys. Not a top tier fraternity however.

Review below hit the nail straight on the head. They’re alright but the lack of other good organizations makes them top tier. Basically just your typical frat bros they’re nothing special
