what to rush

I'm from the Midwest and don't know anyone at Clemson. For Rush I obviously would have a difficult time getting into a southern fraternity and I don't really want to join a northern one. From what I can tell, DTD, Alpha Sig, Lambda Chi, and Beta seem to be mixed north/south houses that have decent reps. What can people tell me about those houses?
