Almost End of the Year rankings

with Phi Delt gone and KS & SN with massive sanctions this is what the ranking looks like.
ATO ASP Beta <- undisputed top tier now
Pike KS SNu <- Pike gets better every semester will be top soon, Can KS & SN party at all now? could see Phi Sig and SAE replacing them both in the top tier.
PSK Fiji SAE <-Phi Sig will be the top Yankee house now, Fiji always has a solid Fall and SAE is rising fast.
Chi Phi OX DX <- Mid AF, all of them
Phi Tau DTD Chi Psi <- easily could knock off the tier above if they get some housing and start throwing.
everyone else
with Pi Kapp and Lambda Chi coming back next year. the boys better put the work in this summer cause they are going to be coming up fast.

SN is fine they didn't get hit as hard as Kappa Sig and they've got the Mansion for 2 more years. AGR can't come back until Fall of 2027 at the earliest. That's plenty of time to find a permanent spot.
