ATO/ASP
Best houses, best members, at the top will continue to be there
PDT/SNU
With snu getting agr house they’ll def be moving up, expect Phi Delt to stay good
PKA
Pike is in an interesting spot, see them moving up near phi delt and snu but not quite matching them
KS/BTP
With beta under investigation they’re about to be in deep water, KS has recruited terrible pcs recently and will pay for it
PSK/FIJI/DCHI/CHI PHI
All great groups with great housing, all have great potential, all on the rise but one or two will probably stand out, impossible to say who
SAE/PKT/KA
With SAE coming off sopro and KA having no where to throw, both groups have struggles ahead. Pkt is gaining ground could see them move up in the future
OX/CHI PSI
Theta chi has less than 20 guys currently and is essentially wiped out, don’t see chi psi moving much either
Psi U/KDR/SAMMY

SN has a good house for the next 3 years but they have recruited terribly up until this past fall, it will take them a couple of years with a few more good fall PCs, and their weirder upper classmen and sophomores graduating, before they get to this position. I agree though.
I hope Beta comes out of their trouble ok, and KS is fine, I'd have them both at least on Pikes row. This is probably how things will look in a couple of years. No problem with this.

Don't group SAE with KA. That is a terrible take. SAE is actually the best of the 4 tbh. It's not even close, lake House and big house now? After they pick up recruitment they will be close to top
