Honestly I dont think believe any sororities actually haze, but props to tridelt if they actually do. Sorority recruitment is pathetic at clemson and too many girls can glide into top sororities while being a terrible fit. Being in a sorority isn't about just paying to say you are in an organization, it is about sisterhood.

Like it or not, sororities that haze have closer friends and better sisterhood. All I see from sororities here is catty backstabbing BS, no unity. Why even be in the same sorority as someone who you cant truly call a sister?

sororities at clemson dont even have houses so it is hard to do any type of real bonding with our whole sorority outside of stupid chapter/retreats. Sorority girls all hang out with the same group of 6-7 friends in their sorority and it sucks

I'm in a sorority that doesn't haze. And while I can totally see how hazing could bring the pledge class together, I feel like it also separates the younger girls from the older girls. I'm really close with lots of the girls that are a year above me, and I feel like I would always be too intimidated by them to actually form a close bond with them if they had been hazing me

the sororities at clemson that have been listed as hazing might have six years ago when this was posted, but with friends in each I know none of them do now.

It is most definitely a troll. Someone bumped this thread. It was not a “new” question. I seriously doubt anyone was hazing six years ago. They certainly do not today.
