The inner workings of kappa are slack with no real requirement of being involved and jut to be klassy with a k. They are slipping from top to middle.

They are generally really pretty but their most recent pledge classes haven't been the greatest. They used to be a top tier sorority but they are falling to lower top tier, if not upper middle.
