Delta Chi's are fun good guys that just wanna party. They've been criticized and had rumors spread but if you actually knew then you'd like them. Yes they are most northern but they are cool, mostly attractive, and social. They have a huge house and some great pledge classes in the past two years.

Betas are the good boys. They are very nice and the majority of them hold onto their southern roots. They have an awesome philanthropy event and always are involved.

Ato's are the hot southern boys. Similar to agr but are more rowdy and more attractive. They LOVE their 80s and 90s themed parties (expect one once a semester) and are very social at their parties. Some are arrogant and rude. They usually let the football players come to their parties.

The agr boys love their trucks, ducks, and flannel. There are not a lot of them but they are nice if they actually talk to you (possibly shy, possibly socially awk). Their house is amazing but they don't socialize we'll whether it be at mixers or their own parties.

TriDelt only accepts southern girls and mostly legacies. They are socially snobbish but very competitive. There has been a lot of internal drama with the older members and legacies have been known to drop them during rush because they are rude. They are also weirdly possessive of the KA boys. Falling down to middle tier.

Sigma Kappa has an eclectic group of girls (some pretty, some smart, and some not so much) but they all can still manage to get along and have a great sisterhood. It has been a struggle at first but they are very involved and moving their way up. Solid middle.

ZTA has been having a lot of issues recently and a lot of seniors/ juniors have dropped out due to the drama. They are pretty but not classy and have a bad reputation with boys. They are SUPER preppy and loud; they love to have a good time but need to clean it up. Their crown is falling from upper to middle.

Gamma girls are very nice and they love their sisters. They aren't very competitive and some are kinda weird. They need to work on their image.

DZ is having a lot of internal issues with their exec board vs their sisters. They are a good group of girls but the estrogen is getting to them and making some a little crazy. They are competitive and have been flip flopping from top and middle.
