I personally think they're overrated. I went to a party at the sig chi lake house a little while ago and there were almost no guys there. And the guys that were there literally weren't approaching girls at all. They were huddled off talking to themselves. Awkward guys...

I like these girls. They are definitely on their way up to top tier. While now, I would consider them middle tier it seems they have a TON of gorgeous girls in the past 2 pledge classes with a lot of potential. They are upper middle tier for sure. Fraternities seem to really love them also. Keep it up ladies!!
