Just closed a deal to build their own village with three house in it. they have their own cul-de-sac that they can now party in which could be a huge game changer. These guys already know how to party but this takes it to a whole new level. other than that this is definitely an up and coming fraternity with a really chill group of guys.

I don't know why everyone is so obsessed with rankings of each sorority. Was very impressed with DZ during rush. Classy girls, but know how to have a good time too. They look out for each other a lot - good sisterhood.

if you know anyone in sig ep, you know that there really aren't two guys that are the same. all of them are different. i'm friends with a lot of spring 12 and fall 12s and they are just really fun to be around. guys like brett, clay, ethan, bobby, jweede, sauce, blake, holt, horton and of course brian gray are so much fun to go out with. obviously there are some douche bags but every fraternity has those. great group of guys and one of the best if not the best at clemson.
