If you think theta hasn't improved a lot in the past year you're kidding yourself. I've seen much more involvement from them and cuter girls wearing their letters. Still have to work out some kinks but I don't think it's fair to classify them as dead last anymore.

Chi o thinks they have the reputation of being the "cool, laid back stoner" sorority, but really they're a bunch of classless frat groupies. Cliquey, arrogant, stupid.
