This fraternity had to cling onto middle tier no more than two years ago. The only reason they have increased in rank is because of their tailgate spot. It will be a sad day to see the older guys go because the new guys are far from their standard. Also, Alpha Phi is on the way to landing probation like this fraternity and KKG just did - hanging out with them will not lead to a good place

Dz has a variety of different girls but all the girls I’ve met in dz are gorg and super nice. They do have a lot of events so they kind of are seen as party animals. They all are also super welcoming and if I end up rushing, dz would def be one of my top houses.
