greek life/ parties?

by: Help! Chapman advice

Hey! So I am going to be a senior this year and Chapman is my top choice! I love the school but am worried it's not really that big on parties. I know for a fact I want to go Greek, but could anyone give me any insight about the parties. I know its nothing like SC or UCLA but any sort of info would help!
Also, If anyone could tell me how competitive sorority recruitment is?

everyone fraternity at chapman has bad parties? looks like someone didnt get a bid and can't get into parties.
