Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 1.2 Halloween was a catastrophe, these guys totally lack class, their philanthropy is a joke, and their reputation just keeps getting worse. They might actually be THE bottom house on campus-- at least you know the Adelphos won't date-rape you.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 1.0 SAE's think that their parties are the greatest, they are the best, etc when the reality is quite different. They act like they're a top house when in reality nobody knows who they are, or cares. They've gone way downhill and yet still try to pull of the "we're exclusive" and act like a- holes to everyone else...it just makes them look really bad and for no reason (they aren't a top house..wouldn't even call them a middle house) SAE = losers that act like they're cool (high school cool)

I never drink anything at the houses. Some of them are hot and rich...i just wish they werent creeps./douches! They seem to have kinda become less of a top tier house the past 2 years and are somewhere low middle.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.8 They're small but pretty tight. Good looking guys. Need to become more involved, but when they do they're generally successful. Guys are pretty good looking. Need to class it up a bit for sure, but a lot better then some of the others.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 1.0 What an unpleasant collection of guys. I've yet to meet one who wasn't utterly self-absorbed, interested in nothing more than partying, and disrespectful towards just about everyone. Good for the parties they throw and that's it, and even then you had better keep an eye on your drink.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.4 They are definitely fratty. Can be kind of arrogant and "Rich-kid" ish. Generally not the smartest. Care a great deal about how "cool" other guys they hang out with are...and by cool they mean partying, talking to girls, working out. Stay away from intellectual conversations with these folk...and by intellectual I mean anything besides party talk.
