I'm from san diego and have a few friends that go to chapman. I can tell by which ones got into Alpha Phi and which ones didn't that it is the top house and from what I've heard, pretty selective. When I visited my good friend who is an Alpha Phi there, all of her friends were very friendly, pretty, and dressed cute. I'm a Kappa at USD but if I went to Chapman I definitely would go alpha phi.

Cute girls, like seeing them out at parties. But their sisterhood sucks from what I see they all judge each other and talk behind each other's backs. Not a good way to get a new sorority started.
