whoever says they are not involved is obviously not very knowledgeable. if your definition of involvement is who makes the biggest/sloppiest scene on campus then yes they aren't very involved. otherwise they are incredibly involved on campus and are some of the best leaders at chapman. i see them every weekend when i go out as well, maybe you're just too busy looking at the easy ones to point out
