Remember when SAE was a top house? Oh, how the mighty have fallen. These shallow rich boys are just about played out here on Chapman's campus, where they need to do some major work on their rep or face extinction. Between trying to be "exclusive" and declining severely in popularity, their numbers are dwindling. Protip: Those of us outside the frat don't care about your "brotherhood" but what you bring to the people who AREN'T paying dues to you. As of right now, it's all negative.

Have dropped tremendously in the past few years, they are definitely middle tier now but don't want to admit it. Theta always gets first in grades and won sorority of the year, DG always wins air bands, skit,and greek week, and Alpha Phi gets all the attention from boys and gets hot pledges. Theres really no place left for them at the top.

Phi Sig has really stepped up their involvement and effort on campus. They placed third in Greek Week and tied for first with DG in Banner and Chant. Keep it up ladies

they might just be the only "real" frat left at Chapman. they had a rough past a couple years ago, and so they lack quantity, but I feel they have taken the best of their situation and from the looks of it, they appear much closer/ tighter-knit group of boys than than larger frats (FIJI and PIKE) that lack brotherhood. I like most of them; but just like any other chapter they have a couple that give them a bad rep. They're fun to be around and like to have fun. never a bad thing.

Pros: Really, really ridiculously good-looking; lots of fun at a party; seem to have a tight sisterhood; generally friendly and enthusiastic. Cons: Some of that friendliness and enthusiasm is fake, so you have to be careful who you're dealing with; kind of airheaded in general and can't hold an interesting conversation outside of a party; they have a unique knack for rubbing people the wrong way. A LOT of people seem to hate the DGs-- unreasonably, if you ask me-- but they still need better PR.
