pi phi is still the "new house" and can improve but so far they are doing great! the older girls are very different from the first pc 15. the new pc has a lot of fun girls, super cute girls that go out A LOT and are determined to make a good name for pi phi. some of their older girls are okay but a lof of them are a little awkward and random. pi phi will be giving the other top houses some competition in a year or two

One of my best friends is an AEPi here and the stories that he tells me makes me think that this fraternity is full of tools who act like they're cooler than they are. There are some really cool guys, but mostly they're kinda lame. They hold some fun parties though, but they definitely seem to be getting worse.
