I'm giving them a perfect score because the Phi Taus are by far the most open, friendly, and good-natured fraternity on campus. That's all

Agree with the review below me to an extent- lots of athletes and hippies. A lot of them are feminists too, so if that's not your thing then you might not be interested. But I will say that the thetas I know are non-judgmental and very accepting, so that's probably what I'd guess is their appeal

Kappas are really great because they don't pay attention to superficial things. Every girl I know that is one is very weird, and very okay with her weirdness. Very eclectic mix, and overall really really awesome

a less pious and more involved version of tridelt, on the rise at cc tridelts say "oh no we are much better looking" but average weight of ddd has gone up exponentially due to church potlucks

rich southern kids from outside ky who got waitlisted to w&l or davidson. social advantage bc they're first on the row, so drunk stumblers basically have to walk in until they figure out that they aren't at sigx

probably the closest brotherhood on campus. probably comes from fraternal bonds of a football team moreso than bc of the frat, but they're dangerously fun

Good kids, new frat, most involved on campus and genuinely nice guys... not the stereotypical frat image as dominated by sigmachi and phidelt but a good group of men with great bonds between brothers

I went through rush and didn't join Theta, but I got the feeling that they are mostly athletes (lots of basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey) and overly liberal to the point of it turning a conservative like myself off. No offense, but a little too alternative for me. Definitely a place for girls who have an open mind and aren't worried about being classy...
