sigma pi and sae have a lot of awesome guys who are into their faith. my sorority has done a lot of joint bible studies with them and they are great.

It won't matter all that much. I don't know of any fraternities who will give you a hard time about your faith and none - that I've ever heard - have any type of oath or ritual that makes you give up your faith. If you get into a "wild" house you can be the calming force they need! Good luck!
