sorority stereotypes

what are the stereotypes or images of the top tier sororities? like zeta phi sig and delta zeta. I've heard mixed things about all 3 houses some good some bad

phi sig: nicest but can be bland

DZ: most fun but only hang with sig chi and psp

zeta: not friendly / fake to each other

Phi sig: edgy girls who are fun
Zeta: typical rich and pretty girls
DZ: party animal girls

All of these houses are top tier chapters, I would say Zeta then Pho sig then DZ. each house has good and bad qualities but that’s like any other sorority
