Can someone please explain why ΛΧΑ (and possibly AXP) was kicked off campus in 2011?

Both LXA and AXP were kicked off due to risk management issues (hazing). Not timeline was given for them to return, however, just recently the underground AXP got caught again for hazing and is now been banned from CMU.
