It really is a matter a preference. They are all really good in different ways. They all have hot girls and they are the three most wanted during recruitment so there it is.

Gamma Phi, DZ, and APHi are by far the most wanted during rush. Most guys would prefer Alpha Phi or Gamma Phi Beta because they tend to be "hotter." DZ has it's share of hot girls for sure, but most guys like the other two houses more. Every fraternity wants mixers with those 3 houses, so they re all really good.

depends on your preference.

Aphi- hot blondes, known to be stuck up, cliquey

Dz- smart girls, party the hardest, some are good looking

Gphi- pretty girls, bland personalities

most women on campus will say Delta Zeta.
