real fraternity ranks

Everyone on campus can agree that there is no top house.
Top 4 (no specific order):
Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Pi, Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
Why? Every single girl goes here whenever they hear of a party or any type of event. These 4 fraternities hang out/party with the top 4 sororities which are (no specific order) Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, Delta Gamma, Gamma Phi Beta.
High Middle: Pi Kappa Alpha, Theta Chi, Phi Kappa Tau
Low Middle: Zeta Beta Tau, Delta Chi, Sigma Chi
Bottom: FIJI, Phi Kappa Psi, Tau Kappa Epsilon

Sig Chi had a good semester, but I wouldn't put them as high middle. More like top of the lower middle. If they have a good fall then they'll move up to the high middle.
